I’ve spent 24 years building things. I was employee #6 at a Vancouver-based B2B software company, where I helped scale the team from 6 to 170 people — running operations, project management, and HR through the company’s fastest growth period. From there I founded Umami Marketing, a remote-first B2B digital marketing agency serving tech, SaaS, and impact brands scaling from $5M to $50M+. I built it, led it for nearly 15 years, and exited.

I’ve advised founder-CEOs on strategy, operations, AI transformation, and go-to-market. I’ve led remote teams of 50+ globally. I know what it takes to build — and I know what it costs.

What I also know, from the inside: the ceiling most leaders hit isn’t strategic. It’s internal. And no amount of systems, frameworks, or execution will move what’s stored in the body.

After years of building outward, I hit my own wall. What followed were five years of shedding — and the discovery of work that moved what thinking never could. Somatic energy work brought me back to precision, integration, and truth.

Now I bring both dimensions together. I work with founders and senior leaders at inflection points — when the patterns keep repeating, the strategy isn’t the problem, and what’s needed is someone who can see the whole picture.

I carry something I’ve had my whole life — a sensitivity to subtle energy, what I now understand as magnetoreception. The ability to read what’s beneath the surface of a person, a room, a dynamic. It’s what makes me an unusual kind of strategist. I don’t just read data and systems. I read energy.

I’m based in Manhattan Beach, CA. Currently training and refining my practice directly with Dr. John Amaral and accepting a small number of introductory somatic energy sessions alongside select Executive Clarity Sprint engagements.
